Adventures in Food Photography

Every hip blog got to have a pinch of Food Photography. That amazing view of a plate of gorgeous food that makes you wonder.. If that is what food is supposed to look like, what have I been cooking all my life? The plate set on a vintage towel, landed on a farm table, with a fireplace on the back, a beautiful vase surrounding fresh picked wild flowers.

Never mind that the reality of most moms is a plastic blue or pink plate, landed on the floor, upside down, with some dismantled toys on the back, and a pile of beautiful fresh picked clothes from the dryer.

Anyway, even with so much reality to face everyday, why not to dream once in a while? Dream of a perfect dinner, picture perfect. Here it is...

Main course: Broccoli soup
Dessert: Pumpkin puree with cinnamon, maple syrup and coconut.
